Strawberry and Banana Smoothie
Smoothies are quick and easy. They are very versatile and so delicious. I prefer to freeze my bananas and other fruits for smoothies as I like my smoothies very smooth and cold. I also prefer not to add ice.
The other great thing about smoothies is that you can add your protein powders and there are so many flavors available.
Ingredients
1 frozen banana
4 frozen strawberries
2 scoops of Orgain strawberries and cream organic protein
2 tablespoons of powdered peanut butter
1 cup oat milk (or more if you like it more runny)
Method
Place all ingredients in blender and blend till smooth and combined. Enjoy!
